2. Data We Collect

We collect only your email address when you sign up for the waitlist. No other personal data is collected through the form.

When you visit this website, our hosting provider Vercel automatically collects technical access data (IP address, browser type, date and time of request) in server log files. This data is used solely to ensure the technical operation of the website and is not linked to any other data.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your email address is used exclusively to notify you when the Proov app launches.

The legal basis is your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you gave by ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the form.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by emailing us or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

4. Double Opt-In

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email containing a verification link. Your email address is only stored in our waitlist once you click that link. This ensures that only you can sign yourself up.

5. Retention Period

Your email address is stored until you unsubscribe or until the waitlist is closed following the app launch, at which point the data is permanently deleted. Server log files are automatically deleted after 7–30 days.

6. Data Processors

We use the following service providers as data processors. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place with each of them.
